Featuring free WiFi, Climbers Inn Yangshuo West Street offers affordable accommodation in Yangshuo. It is within 100 metres of West Street. The room was well-lit, clean, and comfortable with AC/heat and cute topos of the different crags -- including some amenities like body wash, shampoo, etc. As a bonus, there's a hangboard and yoga mat in the lobby for warming up before the crag or stretching out between sessions! The location was amazing (seconds from restaurants and convenience stores, and only a 5-min walk to the main strip at Yangshuo West Street), the host Lilly was welcoming and super helpful (arranging scooters, charging them on a nightly basis, facilitating belaytionships), and the other guests of the inn contributed to a great vibe! Despite it being a climbing-centric inn, definitely there were many non-climbers that enjoyed the sights, culture, and activities in town -- this hostel is good for both demographics and it's a great place to meet people. Overall amazing experience, 11/10.

Yangshuo Sudder Street Guesthouse features modern accommodation and an outdoor pool. The property offers free WiFi and free access to on-site parking. The view from my room was great. Staff is excellent, very helpful and nice!! The location is perfect for exploring downtown and going out into nature. Being able to rent bikes and scooters directly from them was incredibly convenient.

The suite was perfectly located in the quiet village overlooking the rice fields, but with everything you need walking distance away. The terrace was just the most peaceful place on earth and the staff was extremely friendly helping us with all the paying hussle travelling to China as a foreigner can nowadays include if you don't have WeChat.

Excellent location!! Within walking distance of Lao Zhai mountain and the landscape depicted on the 20 yuan note. There's also an electric bike rental just a stone's throw from this inn.

Junshe Boutique Guest House provides comfortable accommodation in Guilin, conveniently located just 1 km away from Seven Star Park. Great location, very helpful hosts, beautiful and clean room. Meals were also delicious.

Baike Boutique Hotel is located in Longji Rice Terraces and offers a restaurant. Most of its rooms offer priavte balcony with stunning terrace views. Even better than the pictures! Perfect location. Fantastic and helpful staff. I wish I had stayed much longer than two nights. I can't overhype this hotel!

Loved the laid back vibe of the village and the hotel. I was after a retreat from the city and that’s exactly what I got, didn’t want to leave! 老张 is very hospitable - always checking if you’re hungry and then will whip something up in the kitchen. Another guest that arrived said they wanted to hike some of the nearby hills so 老张 was like, ‘let’s go!’ and took us - the entrance is through someone else’s kitchen/back garden so we’d never have got access ourselves. He also mentioned he could take us to places to swim, climb etc. Really love the village atmosphere, everyone knows each other and knows the secret routes/best food spots. Reminded me of my rural village community in the UK. I was able to borrow 老张‘s road bike and cycled to the river to catch one of the rafts, it’s about a ~30min leisurely cycle to get there. There are cycle/foot paths along the river too, so another nice way to experience the scenery. The hotel itself is very quaint. I had one of the Japanese style single rooms and was very happy there, it looks exactly like the picture. They will pre-heat the bed for you in the colder months, nice touch! Water, tissues, towel etc all provided. The toilets and showers are just downstairs, a 10 second walk, and are very pleasant. The toilets are the Japanese ones with heated seats etc. The other helper is also lovely, and she packed my rucksack with fresh pomelo when I set off for my cycle excursion. They grow pomelo etc. beside the house, and also have chickens so eggs fresh too. Loved the rooftop, very zen and great view over the hills. They also have some friendly cats. Will 100% return.

Foods are delicious and authentic prepared by the owner. The view from every room are beautiful landscapes as far as your eyes can see. The owner families are friendly and helpful, we have drinks and good conversations during and after dinner.

A 2-minute ferry ride from Xing Ping Town, Our Inn offers sweeping views of the mountains. It features free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and cosy rooms with a cable TV. The reception was so nice, she showed us the all the sites to visit around XingPing. I lost my phone and couldn't book the train tickets, she helped me. Really nice place.
