Located in Plymouth, The Ivy Barn Holbeton is a recently renovated accommodation, 44 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 17 km from Marsh Mills. Lovely touches like dressing gowns and slippers. Very comfy beds, good parking. Just wish the pub had been open.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. We loved everything from the hosts down to the bed sheets. Exceptional value for money and the 2 small bottles of complimentary wine in the fridge were fab. Breakfast was fit for a king and all freshly made. Excellent location for the town centre and local theatre. Highly recommended for a couple of days away from work and kids.
