Boasting a garden, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Three Horseshoes Leamside is set in Houghton le Spring, 14 km from Beamish Museum and 18 km from Stadium of Light. This is such a little gem! We stayed in Room 5. Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Good location for an event we were attending at the Rugby Club. Very secure with coded entrance and key safe box. Spacious room, clean and comfy with towels and linen provided. Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

Good clean accommodation, friendly owners, lovely well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Quiet room. Had a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Very characteristic place, which reflects a typical English house. Neat and clean. Rebecca was a friendly, very kind and helpful hostess, always ready to satisfy the customer's requests. If I return to Whitley Bay, I will definitely stay at Sandside Guest House!
