Staff is also very friendly, helpful and efficient and he also gave us some restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.

Fantastic residence with a beautiful building, perfectly suitable rooms, clean bathrooms and a gorgeous garden with a lawn overlooking a classic Tuscan view. The breakfast was mind-blowingly good!
