Set in Had Kham in Nong Khai Province, Wasuthan Garden House features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site. Rooms have a flat-screen TV. Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us. We were heading for Laos and he gave us a ride to the border crossing (we gave him a small fee) and let us leave our car at his house until we returned. Also gave us a free breakfast which we weren't expecting. This room is a building within his own property so it is very quiet, secure and private.

Located within 600 metres of Laos National Museum and 900 metres of Wat Sisaket, Mekong Riverside features rooms in Vientiane. Nice place, all went well! Good table for PC and good wifi for that. The owner is a helpful dude.
