A beautiful guest house in the vicinity of Waipoua Kauri forest, with fantastic garden. It is located close to a main road, but there was not traffic at night and the place was very quiet. As there is no town nearby, we could observe an amazing sky with thousands and thousands of stars in the evening. Very friendly and helpful host.

Situated in Houhora in the Northland region, The Perch features a patio. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. This place was absolutely AMAZING! They thought of everything from the magazines beside the bed to the homemade muesli (and other treats!). I would recommend the Perch to all of my friends and family! It was the best way to end our vacation and I hope to have the chance to return and stay there again. It's a little secret that I'm happy to share with the world!
