Located 47 km from Enakyo Wonderland, Minshuku Suhara features accommodation in Okuwa. It is situated 47 km from Ōi and offers luggage storage space. Very atmospheric century-old minshuku. It was a great place to stay after walking from Magome to Nagiso. The host kindly greeted us when we arrived and explained everything clearly. Would definitely book again if we visit Nakasendo in the future.

Neighbouring Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, Villa Komakusa offers a breath-taking view of the Northern Alps and a cosy cottage with wooden interiors and a ktichen. We loved the log cabin, it was warm, cozy and well appointed. The location was excellent, a short stroll across the road to the ski lift. The owner was amazing and collected us from the bus station and dropped us back with the assistance of his dad. He was so helpful and accommodating and even took 3 of us to the supermarket and had his friend at the ski hire company help us out with rental equipment. We would definitely love to come back.

Set in Hakuba, 11 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area and 41 km from Nagano Station, Ringo Cottage offers a garden and air conditioning. The location was great, just out of town and close to all the slopes we wanted to get to. The place was very spacious and the amenities were great with high tech and everything we needed. Comfy beds and nice pillows. Great aircon that kept us warm our entire stay.

AOBA Hakuba self-contained home is set in Hakuba, 46 km from Zenkoji Temple, 3.6 km from Happo-One Ski Resort, and 7.8 km from Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort. Hosts were so helpful, kind and easy to deal with. Great house and such great value. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Thank you for having us for the week, we had a great time and enjoyed the ski resorts and the town of Hakuba. Only note would be suggest you hire a car as not much in the village of Iwatake, hosts even arranged us a hire car through a company and had it dropped to our door - no hassles at all, and so helpful and convenient. Hosts were open to assisting with everything we needed - even assisting with booking a restaurant reservation. We cannot wait to come back!!!
