Rooms are not overcrowded and have AC. Beds are super clean and comfortable. Also they have outlets at each bed for charging and its own light. Added touch of a curtain for privacy on each dorm bed. There is a common space on each floor to sit. The property has a very homey cozy clean professional authentic feel. Simon and staff are helpful in so many ways. Bathrooms are spotless. I usually get a private room but here you don’t need to. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing! My luggage was lost by the airline and the staff went out of their way to help, with places to pick up essentials and helping me arrange delivery. The place is clean and tidy and perfectly located.
