Located in central Madrid, in Lavapiés district. The Central House Madrid Lavapiés has a restaurant, a bar, a shared lounge and an open-air patio. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, hot water. It was hot in Madrid but the air conditioning was perfect. There was a control to change the temperature within the room. Staff was friendly and helpful with all questions and ordered a taxi for me to the airport. The location is excellent for exploring Madrid! I would stay here again.

Awesome staff, especially Ricardo and Agustín. helped me out with anything I needed, gave me a map and advice for the main attractions of Madrid, and the whole social dynamic of the hostel is thanks to them and they're doing such a good work. And that's true also about all the staff memebers.

The breakfast and restaurant were very good. Also, the hostel has spaces for working. The room was spacious and very clean. The size of the bed was big. And the location is perfect.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition, I would like to thank one staff in particular: after we found that one my roommate had mistaken the bed number and was sleeping on my bed, he changed the sheets for me voluntarily. I’m impressed by his meticulousness.

Providing free WiFi, Hostel M-A Rooms Mate is set in Madrid, 3.9 km from Chamartin Railway Station and 3.9 km from Gran Via Metro Station. I liked that I used to stay at youth hostels in the past and though this is shared by many more people, the curtains give privacy and independence. The mattress was of good quality and sheets/pillow/cushion - clean and tidy. The shared toilets & kitchen area was TOPS.
