Located within 700 metres of Laos National Museum and 1.4 km of Wat Sisaket, House Of Jars provides rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Vientiane. It is an imppresive place. Hidden gem. The owner is really kind and cute. Always acertive to help you out. I travelled all over asia and this is by far the best hostel I slept for that price. Well done

Set in Vientiane, SYRI Guesthouse Vientiane Hostel & Cafe features a shared lounge, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. Clean, spacious rooms (I stayed twice at this hostel, in two different rooms), comfortable beds even they are harder that the way I like it. 10mn walk away from everything I needed and in a quiet area. Very helpful staff and loads of cats!

Situated within 200 metres of Laos National Museum and 800 metres of Wat Sisaket, Lafami Hostel features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Ban Nongdouang. I had a great time staying at Lafami Hostel and I'm really happy I chose it over a budget hotel. Nou and David at the reception were super helpful during our stay. I'm staying there again next time I'm in Vientiane.

I haven’t actually yet stayed at the Vientiane Garden hostel as I totally booked the correct dates but wrong month! I’m not sure how I didn’t notice this as I looked at that reservation a few times before my travels started. Booking’s algorithm usually spots a double booking and warns us and tho I booked a room on the same dates, different country, I didn’t receive a warning. Still it was my mistake and yet the owners have chosen to not charge me twice and I really appreciate that! That’s a really kind gesture

Located in Vientiane, within 2 km of Wat Sisaket and 2.3 km of Thatluang Stupa, HideSeek Hostel Vientiane Thai embassy provides accommodation with a shared lounge and a bar, and free WiFi. Great accommodation with friendly staffs who speak English well. The bed is comfortable, and there is a leisy space for guests except the 1st floor cafe! For the food, I only tried the avocado salad on the menu, it's delicious. Literally close to the Thai embassy so it's the top choice for those who come to do their Thai visa mainly. Big supermarkets nearby and many Korean bistros as well. It's not the main 'tourist' area, so you can enjoy some quiet and slow lazy vibe here :)

Lovely quiet location not far from River. Well situated in a nice house with lovely garden. Decent breakfast options. I had the back room with balcony.

Barn Laos Hostel in Vientiane provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Nice place to stay with a great location. The staff is very kind and friendly, providing me all I need for my stay. The hostel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is amazing. I do recommend it.

This is the most wonderful hostel in Vientiane, which gave me many pleasant acquaintances and even adventures. The hostel has everything you need, the price is very low, all the guests are interesting travelers. It's never boring here. The hostel owners are incredible people, extremely hospitable and kind.

Sometimes they are cool but very supportive when you need them. 4 a complete upfloor for female only. 5 small unique hostel with dorm only. 6 opposite the food buffet stand 16:00~ is very yummy. 7 free bike offering though you may not need it.
