Had a beautiful stay. It did exceed my expectation as I had access to games,movie rooms and the common area with the kitchen is great. In addition my room and bed was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped with easy check in and check out. The building is so clean :) Also i was able to keep my luggage In the reception area even after my checkout for almost 6 hrs. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Situated in Onetangi, 300 metres from Onetangi Beach, Waiheke Backpackers Hostel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and barbecue facilities. This hostel is definitely one of the best I've tried in a year in New Zealand! The atmosphere there is great. The staff is incredible, they put a lot of effort in the cleaning which makes the hostel super comfortable to live in. My room was big (dorm of 4), though the 2-beds dorms are quite small though. All of them have windows. Showers are huge with high pressure. It's on top of a beautiful hill, next to the most beautiful beach on the island... If you wanna play it chill for a few days, this is the hostel for you!

Situated in the heart of Auckland, 200 metres from SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre, Metro Adventurer Backpackers features free WiFi access and private parking. The place waz conveniently located to the buses and ferry and train station. Despite not being close to the airport, you can get to this place in less than an hour. Took the express train for $18US and the ride was 48 minutes and 13 minutes walk total. There were grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby. One thing I did not like about this hostel is that the kitchen is too small and I had to buy takeout instead of fighting my way in the kitchen. The room where I stayed was quiet. There were 5 other females staying the night and they were all very kind.

It's like a giant hotel turned hostel with tons of floors you have to access with the lift. Space in the room was allright, things were kept clean, lots of shared bathrooms on each floor. Kitchen has lots of utensils.
