This is a great little hotel with wonderful staff who even helped us retrieve a cell phone that we left in a taxi at the airport. They really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

This place offers a lot. It really was quiet in the rooms. The only noise we heard was other guests eating breakfast. None of the road noise reached our room, even though the hotel is on a fairly busy street. It’s a very good location, easy to walk to most places in Antigua. Close to the Merced. Lots of good food options around. Staff were very nice and available when we needed something. Parking was also easy. There’s a parking lot about a block down that’s secure and gated. It’s included in the price of the stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel ever but the breakfasts we saw others having looked great! There’s a nice area on the second level to hang out and see the view. A jacuzzi you can book time in, and a kids play house type area that would be good for little kids.

2nd time staying at Nico If you want peace in Antigua, you can stay at Nico!! All Antigua is super walkable. The staff is super nice and the food is good! Beds are comfy, A/C and a jacuzzi, what else you need to have a great time?

The staff were amazing. Super kind and helpful. 5-star service! Rooms were comfy and clean with nice compact bathrooms and ample hot water in showers. Located in a quiet area for great sleep, but still close to the center. Terrace and outdoor seating was very nice and relaxing. They also stored our luggage. We will be definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout the entire stay. We had changes to our itinerary and needed to stay another night, and they were happy to allow us to stay in the same room. The breakfast had decent enough variety and was always fresh and delicious. They make the rooms spotless every day, with fresh towels and change the sheets every two days. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the garden area, and the amazing hospitality by the staff.
