Apartment is on the first floor, with 20 steps stairway The apartment is modernly furnished, air-conditioned ( 3 air condition units), with an LCD TV in every bedroom and in living room, and free wifi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove ,oven and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a washing machine, hairdryer and towels. Both bedrooms have a king size doubl bed, TV set and an A/C unit. There is a balcony with 4 chairs to enjoy the view.

The two bedroom apartment in building is located in peacefull residential area called Meje, just 5-7 min on foot to the beach (400 m) and 20 min (1,7 km) to the city centre (Riva). Closest supermarket, Ribola, is 8-10 min ( 750 m) on foot or 2 min by car. There is free public parking nearby, usually just in front of the apartment. Bus stop is just in front of the apartment, and the ride to the city centre takes 7-10 minutes. Two significant museums are just few min on foot away, Museum of Croatian Archeological Monuments and Mestrovic Gallery.
