As it was low season and we were probably the only guests in the entire hotel, we had a free room upgrades (3 rooms!) for our 1 night stay! Rooms are very cozy and warm! There is a HUGE common area with kitchen and dining, so it gives you a feel like you are in a big house, not a hotel. Wi-fi is strong.

Very good place to stay if you want to travel to Seven Lakes, they will organize it for a very good price. Hotel is very nice, WiFi works well, breakfast is fine. The owner is a very nice person and good talker. Probably the best option in this area. Close to Bazar and restaurants/shops.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, safe, and the shower had hot water. What truly set this place apart was the owner, Maksud. His unwavering responsiveness to my inquiries were remarkable. Maksud spoke English, and went above and beyond by coordinating a seamless border pickup (I was traveling from Samarkand) and assisting in organizing an affordable day tour to the stunning 7 Lakes. With breakfast included and a fully-equipped kitchen, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers.

Great location for walking around Panjakent, to the archaeological site and museum, and to the Rudaki Museum. Hotel staff arranged shared taxi to the Uzbekistan border, when we went to Samarkand, and back to Dushanbe on our return trip. The hotel aircon worked great. The rooms we had both stays were excellent values.

The owner and staffs are so nice and helpful in every way. Upon arrival, the owner upgraded our rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and bright. I needed withdraw cash from ATM. The owner lended me some cash just in case the ATM doesn’t work. This is small detail but I felt so grateful. We went to Seven lakes and the driver recommended by the owner was so professional and nice. We enjoyed a day tour very much.
