Right in front of the hotel was a bus stop that went to the park. The hotel itself doesn't offer breakfast, but they work together with a hotel nearby for a traditional Japanese breakfast which was a really nice experience for a good price! You also had the possibility to reserve a private indoor onsen, which was a fun experience. They also provided yukata's that you could wear in the room and when going to the onsen.

They picked me up from the Yudanaka station and then drove me to the Jigokudani monkey park entrance the next morning. I also did the dinner and breakfast and it was a highlight of the stay. The onsen on the property is great and I liked the yukata they provided. It's about a 10-15 min walk down to Shibu Onsen if you want to walk around and get some drinks or food.traveltoeatUnited States

Two private onsens; one with very hot water, one more spacious and beginner friendly. Highly recommended for those who are travelling to see Jigokudani monkey park or those looking for an intimate, traditional-feeling ryokan.
