Skip this completely. Filthy and smelly with urine-soaked homeless people everywhere. We witnessed one of LA's famous shoplifting situations by a homeless guy. The poor security man in the CVS said there was nothing they can do if it is under $500. In many parts of this city, one can witness the death of civilization. What a pity!

Quite an underwhelming experience. A narrow street, overflown with people and souvenir re sellers. Might be worth to spend 30mins there just for a tick in the box, but LA has a lot better things to offer, so don't waste your time here.

Easy to access as it was all keypad locks so no keys. We didnt use the garage but assume many would. The host, Luca, was very nice and easy to reach (we called when we didnt understand how to use the keypad).

Property has a security guard and Uber picks you up inside the hotel property. Parking is safe. Rooms are clean. Uber to the bars (Rainbow, Whiskeyagogo, Comedy Store etc...) is not expensive.
