Karri is such a lovely person and host. She was so helpful. The morning yoga and breakfast was great! We even did a cold plunge into the lake all together after yoga! The rooms and facilities are clean, super warm and homey. We loved our stay here!!

It's looking a little tired in places and could be with an extra TLC but given the price the rooms are more than comfortable and more than acceptable. Being a 5-minute walk to the centre of Queenstown is a big bonus but it's a 10-minute walk back up the hill (QT is not flat). We stay there on 3 separate occasions so that says it all.

The room was spacious, with the comfortable beds, a small fridge and daily supply of some sweets, fresh milk and muffins. It was serviced daily. The host is very friendly and helpful.
