Cottage is sweet & includes everything you need & more. We made the most of the golf clubs & course right at the door. We enjoyed the lawn bowls we found inside, & the kayaks down at the lake - which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. We kayaked on the shallow, warm lake for both sunset & sunrise & times in between - even those of us less inclined towards water sports had fun with it. Kangaroos everywhere. We also made use of the bbq on the deck with the big outdoor setting for dinner. Owner was friendly & popped in with updates as relevant, as well as to welcome us & introduce himself.

The hosts are so very generous- they have thought of every detail and they are incredibly generous in their provision in the amount and variety of food. It was a perfect stay.

Noah Creek Eco Huts is a small family business that offer exclusive eco-friendly lodges and glamping accommodation in the heart of the Noah Creek Rainforest Reserve, the largest private World Heritage rainforest in the Daintree Cape Tribulation area. It's definitely not your usual stay — instead of the common commodities think dinner by the fire (making both is especially satisfying outdoors), a shower and a bathtub in the jungle, beautiful territory with a creek, trails and lots of animals (we spent 2 mornings with flying foxes). And the bed in our Bower Hut was super comfy. Highly recommend this place as a couples retreat and a nice base to explore the Daintree area. Do note that there is no Wi-Fi in the outer huts, no power outlets and just a couple USB ports for your phones. But sometimes that's a good thing) P.S. Andy and Netty are very nice people, and you'll definitely meet them and their puddle Rufus when you walk to the reception for some Wi-Fi)

The provided breakfast (to cook) was excellent as long as you like a cooked breakfast; some fresh fruit would be nice for those who do not.

Whispering Valley Retreat is 15 minutes' drive from Maleny's town centre and Settlers Rise Vineyard & Winery. It is 20 minutes' drive from Montville and 40 minutes' from Mapleton Falls National Park. the timber cottage was nestled in a hillside overlooking rainforest. other cabins where nearby, but out of sight and sound. with a fireplace, spa, king size bed and balcony it felt secluded, intimate, and calming - perfect for resetting and restoring. we were also treated to a thunderstorm, drifting off to sleep with the sound of rain on the roof and frogs in the distance.

Treetops Seaview is 200 metres from Montville village. It is a 30-minute drive from both the Kenilworth Cheese Factory and Nambour Golf Club. Brisbane is a 1-hour drive away. Breakfast supplied was fantastic as well as fruit platter on arrival. View was just stunning from every angle of Treehouse, Can not decide if relaxing in spa or daybed was our favourite spot watching the view and world pass us by . We had the most relaxing wonderful stay and we will be back
