Hosts were amazing, informative and really very helpful and absolutely ensured you got the very best from your stay; breakfasts excellent sitting on the terrace with stunning views and completely home made foods and the whole property is made over for the enjoyment of guests. It is a home from home and full of its own history with classic furniture.

Endless Summer Lodge offers idyllic beachfront accommodation in a historic 1870s villa. Guests can relax in the hammocks, or enjoy a walk along 90 Mile Beach. Guesthouse with a great vibe, comfortable rooms clean and plenty of shared facilities. Location right across from the beach is excellent including a side beach view from our room with a bonus when you see the Ahipara horses graze right outside of our window.

Staying at Julianne’s and Richard’s place was just perfect. They are so kind and have great advice for activities in the area. The accomodation is well equipped and beautiful, the view above the landscape and ocean is just stunning - and you can enjoy sunsets in the hot tub. I would always come back, can definitely recommend.

Nestled on a ridge overlooking the vast Waipoua Forest, where iconic kauri trees have been living for 3,000 years, Waipoua Lodge offers luxury accommodation in an original homestead. Just a fabulous place to stay. Had a gorgeous 2-room suite. The hosts are wonderful and went above and beyond to meet our special dietary requirements and to give us suggestions re what to see in the area. There's even a lovely little bushwalk on the property, and we saw a ruru (native owl) land right in front of the living room ... a very special experience.

Situated in a 100-year-old building, guests staying at this lodge can relax in the hot tub and then prepare a meal using the barbecue facilities provided. The location was outstanding, staff were helpful, and the spa-with-a-view was a great bonus.

Fabulous staff, incredible views!!! Just perfection there at “the top of the world” and then throw in golf….life does not get better!

Set in Te Kao in the Northland region, Tekao Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The host was lovely, and the shared facilities were really great. Met some really nice people.
