Loved the meals, the warm hospitality, the quiet and peaceful setting, and the stunning scenery from the beautiful dining room windows! The host family was lovely, especially Valentina, who was an absolute delight. Homemade dinner was offered each night for around $10 USD, which was such a treat on nights when I didn’t want to go into town for dinner. The rooms and dining room are so cozy, and the view of the mountains is gorgeous. I stayed for 3 nights and never got tired of gazing out the windows. I slept SO well, as the property is very quiet. All in all, highly recommend! I can’t wait to stay again!

Boasting impressive panoramic views and two swimming pools, Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa offers luxurious rooms with free WiFi access. The property is located in Cerro Alarkén Natural Reserve. I am a frequent world travelver and Arakur has some of the best facilities I've ever seen in a hotel. The room is very comfy and clean, I booked a room with sea view and it did not disappoint. The breakfast is also very deliciouus with abundant variety. The hotel staff is also amazing and very warm, from the front desk lady to the guys working in the restaurant, made sure we needed everything during our stay.

This was a charming house-based boutique / hostel in Ushuaia. I believe there are 6 rooms, but they have just purchased the building next door and are expanding into it. The property was spotlessly clean, the owners were delightful, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was homemade and delicious; it was a combination of local pastries, fruits, meats/cheeses and eggs. Coffee was tasty. Our bed was comfortable. Each room has its own gas heater. Ours had a little problem and they fixed it quickly. It was a few blocks from the touristy downtown, which we loved - neither too close nor far. The street was quiet and the other visitors very international. Building security was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything! From the rooms, the staff and the food were excellent! I loved their hairdryer and forgot to write down the name so I can get one. If you have a picture of the brand/type of the hairdryer I’d appreciate it! Bruno (the waiter) even offered free champagne for our desserts during dinner. 10/10
