Not sure when it was built, but it looks very fresh & new. The team (reception, cleaning & restaurant) is great and very professional & friendly. The bedding & all facilities are great. Parking is free, no reservation is needed. Honestly speaking it is s much better & higher experience than in Swiss or Austrian Alps, people care about you here. Great location & area. Highly recommended & thank you the local team for your hospitality!

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A lovely hotel in the Rila mountains. Beautiful grounds, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the garden. In the cool of the morning we had a tasty, and ample, breakfast served to us in the charming dining room. Wonderful proprietor, Villy, has a calm demeanor, and professional but low key operation. Spotless rooms and grounds. We wished we had planned to stay for longer.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Everything was great. The breakfast, the dinner. The room was cosy and very clean. Great spa area and a room to leave your ski equipment. Also, there is a dedicated parking space which is very good You have the option to sign up for a massage which I highly recommend. Also the ski lift is very close to the hotel. The stuff of the hotel are very polite and helpful.

Alpin Borovets, Алпин Боровец is a small luxury hotel, just 20 metres away from the pistes in the centre of Borovets, one of the most popular ski resorts in Bulgaria. Perfect location for all activities. Great view of ski slope and pine woods. Food was delicious every time at breakfast/lunch/dinner. Staff made us feel welcomed and at home. Clean, wood-paneled rooms. Clean and updated bathroom. Comfortable and relaxing stay overall. We were fortunate that there was availability for our travel dates.
