The waiters have a good sense of humor. We all really enjoyed it. The SPA is beyond praise: Warm baths in the forest, heated pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi and a large set of saunas. We will definitely come back!

We highly recommend this accommodation! We had a wonderfully clean, spacious and comfortable room, with a private shower and toilet and also a pleasant balcony, where we sat for breakfast. Although the room was right in the center, near all the shops, it was completely quiet and we slept great. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was dedicated, pleasant and very kind. It is an excellent place.

Extremely comfortable layout of the apartment with a spacious living room and bedroom, a large terrace with a view of the magical Rhodope Mountains. The restaurant at the complex is still being developed and leaves much to be desired. I would recommend the new Nero complex to the guests of the beautiful Pamporovo resort!

Every area of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant offers a great variety of local cuisine and the ingredients were also locally sourced. We liked everything in hotel spa Dvoretsa. We had good time. You can spend all day in spa. Three different types of saunas, big open air swimming pool with warm water with hot tubs outside plus gym. Inside is available pool with mineral water. For extra fee available massage. Location is emazing. Hotel is on the top of the hill surrounded by pines with fresh air and nice view. Breakfast is very diverse suitable as for vegetarians as for non. Always friendly staff.

The warm Swimming pool is great and they offer sauna, massage and other similar attactions. Rooms are simple but sufficient and price is OK for the place. Outside pool is also great.

I'm returning for the second time, and this says enough about my opinion of the hotel. You get plenty for what you pay, and the SPA facilities are very good. When you combine this with the comfortable stay and the clean air from the mountain, you get everything that you could want from a place like this.
