Walking into the restaurant and just sitting down at a table, taking in the high view over the turquoise water was incredible. Ten mins later i'd extended by stay by two days and rearranged my flights :-) Stephanie and Andrea are wonderful hosts, Lavelle and Dira so superbly friendly, all displaying that warm Bahamanian welcome, and I can't complain with the fastest pizza in the Caribbean!

Facing the beachfront, St Francis Resort offers 3-star accommodation in Georgetown and has a shared lounge, terrace and restaurant. the location is beyond perfect. the bungalow is on a super beautiful Long Beach which is basically empty. long walks and the magical blues are endless :)

The resort is located on a perfectly picturesque beach, opening your curtains each morning to see paradise with an unbelievably beautiful sunrise, was incredible. The pool was perfect to get refreshed in, there is volleyball and bucket golf available. The restaurant was great, and the stretch of road the resort is located on is not too busy. (Great for learning left side driving before heading into Georgetown)
