The hotel was right by the train station and near the center of the town so very easy to walk around. And the staff were so kind and thoughtful! I will definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

The breakfast is beautiful, the view is fantastic, the stuff are very friendly. We have wonderful time here. Thank you!

I like everything there, comfortable room, free water at any time, free tee, fresh mint with tee, herbal guarden, food, kindness of staff, everything. Will be back again. :)

Cafe-Hotel Appenzell asub Appenzelli ajaloolises Landsgemeinde väljakul. Kohapeal on elegantne terrassiga restoran, kus pakutakse koduseid kooke ja piirkondlikke hõrgutisi. Extremely well kept. Very clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Food was good as well.

Appenzeller Huus Löwen asub Gontenis, Säntisest 18 km ja Olma Messen St. Gallenist 21 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. A unique sleeping experience in this wooden knitted structure. The recovery factor is high, so you need one or two hours less sleep. So more time for cigars in the Schmitte :-).

Very nice Swiss Gasthasu. Well maintained and clean. We had the large upstairs family room to sleep four. Cold at night, with large comforters. Views of the town and Swiss countryside are amazing. Cows and Cow Bell sounds are everywhere. Food in restaurant was very good.

Hotell Alpenblick asub Appenzelli kantonis Schwende külas. Hotellist avaneb panoraamvaade Alpsteini mäestikule. Kõikidest tubadest avaneb otsevaade mägedele. Lovely hotel facing the snowcapped mountain and the greenery hill with mountain peak background. Plenty of on-site parking spaces. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is well maintained, has lift and Michelin star restaurant. Our room has balcony and a bench to enjoy the beautiful view. Room is spotless. Towels have no musty smell. Bedding is clean. Bed is comfortable, we have a good sleep. Good breakfast. Exceptional dinner. We will return in our next Switzerland visit.

Kahetärnihotell Gasthaus Hof asub Appenzellis, 18 km kaugusel Olma Messen St. Gallenist. Kohapeal on aed, terrass ja restoran. Our room was very cute. The hotel was lovely. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. We even had fun bowling .

Swiss Mountain Golf-Restaurant Gonten asub Gontenis, 20 km kaugusel Säntisest ja 20 km kaugusel Olma Messen St. Gallenist. Kohapeal on restoran ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The view around was stunning! Dog friendly hotel. Food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended in Appenzell area.

Clean and well equiped hotel in the center of the village. The staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious. Tourists who stay at least 3 nights are given a holiday card which provides free access to a lot of tourist attractions.
