Boutique & Design Hotel Volkshaus Basel features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Basel. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

Absolutely everything, every thing you could think of was covered , I don’t give 10 out of 10 normally, but this was exceptional, quality to detail and staff were top draw .

Þetta hótel er staðsett í skógi vöxnu svæði við árbakka Rínar, í aðeins 10 mínútna akstursfjarlægð suður af Basel. The breakfast was wonderful. Location was unexpectedly beautiful, with nature walks in both directions along the Rhine River. Our room was lovely, and all staff were very kind and attentive. The outdoor part of the restaurant had great views all around. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Situated in the centre of Basel's Old Town, on the banks of the Rhine, Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois is one of Europe’s oldest city hotels, where such personalities as Napoleon, Elizabeth II, Pablo... That was really amazing stay in a truly magnicient, exceptional hotel. This is definitely in my TOP 5 list of 5 star hotels and I wish to be back as soon as possible. From the first minute there I felt welcome. At the breakfast you get the Micheline-type attention and service.

Fantastic location, only 3-4min walk from Basel SBB. Room was super good, everything clean and comfortable. Will be back next time to Basel if they still have available rooms!

It was so clean and the personnel was very nice and helping. They thought about everything! From general things you would need to small gestures :) Also the hotel is close to everything, max 10 minutes to everywhere by tram. Absolutely recommend!

This hotel was ideally located in the old center of Basil. Everything is accessible walking or by public transport. The rooms and facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when in Basel!
