The location is amazing near the trian & bus station also so close to the supermarkets and shopping street, the room was so clean has kettle ,cups,tea and coffee The hotel staff is friendly and super flexible. Christine, the hotel owner, is so down to earth and doing her best to make all customers happy and satisfied. We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend the hotel for everyone going to interlaken

The location was excellent! Just minutes away from the train station and it offered a really great escape for us. We loved everything about the property, most especially the peacefulness of the lake view, the delicious breakfast, the hotel room and the warm welcome from the people running the hotel.

Swiss Inn & Apartments is set in a residential area of Interlaken, a 3-minute walk from the West Train Station, shops and the city centre. I fell in love with the little, cozy and clean room. It was my 10th day in Europe, and I slept very well compared to the other hotels i've stayed. Very, very friendly host, and just because of her (along with cozy and comfy room) i would like to come back to this place again when I get a chance to visit Switzerland.

The family-run Hotel Chalet Du Lac can be found in the charming village of Istelwald near Interlaken, right on the shore of Lake Brienz. At first, I was beginning to regret my decision to base myself in a town that has a public transport that only comes once every hour (the bus arrives at Iseltwald every 28th minute only, e.g. 7:28). However, when I began to witness the beauty of the town from early morning to sunset, I realized that it is well-worth the stay. Iseltwald is stunningly beautiful and serene, which fills your soul. The property, with its perfect location of just being in front of Lake Brienz, Seeburg Castle, and the surrounding chalets generously provides you with these beautiful views day-in and day-out. (It is also a few minutes' walk to the locations of CLOY if you're a fan.) The property is a delicate mix of tradition and modernity, being a chalet that gives you the authentic feel of a traditional Swiss accommodation and being a modern building complete with amenities. The in-house restaurant also offers deliciously-tasting traditional Swiss cuisine. The hotel staff are also hospitable (though some personnel in the restaurant such as the head waiter and the lady in traditional Swiss costume seem unwelcoming of guests of color; something I have also read in Tripadvisor). Overall, the property created happy memories for me, which I will always look back to.
