Ideally situated in the centre of Lugano, LUGANODANTE - We like you features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Excellent location in mid town Lugano, just a short trip via funicular from the train station. Lots of good restaurants close by and only a short walk to the lake. We were spoilt for choice with their delicious breakfast spread. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The decor and detail are next to none, the staff kind and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was very high quality. We visited Como and would only stay on lake Lugano from here on out. Morcote has a ton of charm and great restaurants, and getting around with public transportation was easy. Highly recommend!!

En ole koskaan nukkunut näin hyvin hotellissa. Ilmaiset, pienet sähköautot mahdollistavat näppärästi käynnin keskustassa ja lähikylissä.

Friendly welcome, recommendations for tourist routes, impeccable service. I warmly recommend this hotel. I felt wonderful. Many thanks to Luca and the Besomi family.

The villagers meet on the beautiful terrace in the evening which gives a very authentic character. Thank you to all the team for this pleasant stay. We'll be back with pleasure.

Rauhallinen tunnelma ainakin illalla kun saavuimme hostellille ja aamulla kun kävimme aamu-uinnilla ja aamupalalla. Lapsiperheiden suosima paikka, joten tunnelma oli kodikas ja rento. Siisti huone, siistit piha-alueet. Lyhyt bussimatka Luganon keskustasta.

Uima-allasalue oli kiva ja rauhallinen. Hotellin aamiaisravintola oli suljettu, joten pääsime sisarhotelli Principe Leopoldon terassille aamiaiselle. Siellä oli monipuolinen palvelu, runsas valikoima ja aivan mahtava maisema Lugano-järvelle, kukkivat sitruunapuut tyoksuivat. Huone oli hulppean tilava.

What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Staff were amazing. We had a rough time earlier that day with some other accommodation and they took us last minute late at night and upgraded our room so we could cook some food we had and be comfortable. Can't tell you how much this was appreciated by us after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was very good and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
