Hotel Garni Testa Grigia is in an excellent location on the main street of Zermatt, less than 5 minutes walking from the train station. Check in was smooth and the receptionists at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was small as was to be expected for a single room but modern (better looking thant the photos) and had everything I needed. Value was very good for Zermatt, even the breakfast was included.

The staff treated me like family!! Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. I loved my stay at the Carina Hotel. The location of the hotel was very good, as it was close to the Sunnegga-Rothorn Valley station. The hotel staff (Manuel, Toufik, Leo, and Lucas) were so helpful for any inquiry I needed. They were so kind and friendly.And they added a beautiful flavor to my trip to Zermatt, especially Manuel and Toufik. I had a lot of beautiful and funny moments there. The room was so clean and cozy, and the view of the mountains and Matterhorn from the balcony was so beautiful that I won't forget it. I loved waking up to see it every morning. The breakfast was very good, and Isa was very kind and helpful. I had one of the best dinners cooked by Gaia. The food was so special and delicious. I had a very beautiful time, and I'm definitely coming back again.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.
