We were amazed by the abundance of birds and by the beautiful natural setting. The tour guides were excellent and we learned a lot from them. Other staff were very helpful. The food was good there as well.

Stedet er smukt, det nærmest et helt museum i sig selv. Der er så mange deltajler ved stedet. Værterne var enorm flinke og hjælpsomme og specielt Nick Soto, som arbejder. Der bliver serveret god mad. Vi elskede stedet.

Up in the mountains near San Jose, there is this lovely, beautiful accommodation. The place is beautiful, with beautiful gardens and an amazing view to the nearby valley and mountains. The quietness is pristine here. We stayed there in our last night in Costa Rica and our idea was to relax before our long flight home next day and it was a really good for this. We booked a room but the owners upgraded us to a very nice room with jacuzzi, sauna and a balcony with a beautiful view. Everything in this property is very well cared, clean and tidy. Upon reception we met our hostess Alejandra which is such a lovely person and she took care of us in any detail of our stay. As we didn’t have a car, she helped us to choose and order our dinner delivery to the accommodation and prepared our table in the dining room. The breakfast in the next day was simply amazing with local fruits and local produced yogurt with home-made granola – it was delicious – and fantastic home-made bread and the fried eggs were prepared spotless. Such a great breakfast. If you want quietness and a first-class service by Alejandra, you must come here.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even when we left our phone in an Uber they went above and beyond to help us out. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was quiet and refreshing, and the grounds and gardens were maintained to a high standard.
