The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens overlooking mountains with rabbits, ducks and chickens running freely. We also had complimentary use of the Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent security. We even extended our stay!!

It is a great place, near to everything. A perfect location in downtown Baños. Breakfast at Luna Volcán was terrific. I'll go back there anytime.

Great location, large and comfortable room, the colorful decoration and helpful staff. Got a great massage in house and laundry service. The breakfast was fantastic and dinner was wonderful, too. It was really quiet at night despite the central location. Great value for money.

Only 4 blocks away from Baños's Palomino Flores central park, Hotel y Spa Isla de Baños offers romos with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. It features spa facilities and it is surrounded by a tropical garden.... Everything about Isla de Banos is perfect. It combines old world charm with modern efficiency. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
