The accommodation exceeded our exception with wonderful view, kitchenette, large bathroom/shower and it was warm and cozy. We ate in the hotel as well, which was an amazing dinner. AND breakfast included in the morning.

The family rooms (203 and 204) were clean, comfortable, and well maintained - a good honest value for money 2 night break. The staff were polite and exceptionally friendly, and we were reminded that if we needed anything at all, just to call in at the reception. Nothing is too much effort, and Alex was a wonderful hostess. The breakfasts are hearty and well worth adding on if you're staying. Stay for lunch, have a drink at the bar, mingle with the locals and take your time to soak up the history of this fine old school hotel! We will be back!
