In 15 acres of private grounds, this hotel boasts spectacular views over Portree Bay to the Cuillin Mountain range. It has an award-winning restaurant and a range of whiskies on offer. The hotel is wonderful, room with super comfortable bed, hot shower and good water jet. The view of the city is beautiful. The person who greeted us at check-in was very kind. wonderful breakfast.

Isle of Raasay Distillery in Raasay has 4-star accommodation with a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. Boasting luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The room decor was beautiful with stunning views of the sea and jetty. The dinner we had at this place was superb. It was a unique and memorable experience staying here. We recommend people to visit this place and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Raasay Island. We look forward to return again.

Originally built in 1875, The Portree Hotel is situated on the corner of Portree's main street and overlooks Somerled Square, the town’s main square. The location was excellent, right at the center of Portree. The room was extremely cozy and had amazing views. We were surprised with how close we were from all the amenities of the town, from the supermarket, pharmacy, local pubs, restaurants, everything very very close by. From the hotel we were also able to very easily travel all around the Isle of Skye.

Morning breakfast of warm fruit croissants with porridge delivered in a basket each day was a nice touch.
