Located in the bohemian Queen’s Quarter of Belfast, a mere 10-minute walk from the city centre, Tara Lodge offers stylish, modern bedrooms with warm and genuine hospitality. Excellent hotel, staff, 5 minutes away on foot from the Botanical Garden and 15 from the city center. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

Set 1.4 km from The Belfast Empire Music Hall, room2 Belfast Hometel offers 4-star accommodation in Belfast and features a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. This has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed! I was impressed from the first step inside; The lobby is magnificent, everything is carefully decorated giving you an oasis inside the city center. Staff was highly attentive and, what's more important, seemed happy to work there! The room was spectacular, it had everything we could need while being absolutely stunning. Heating worked perfectly, the TV was easily adjustable and, my god, there were outlets near the bed!! That's so rare in Europe! The bed was perfect, the room was soundproof (although people closing doors loudly is always a problem in hotels). The hotel also sells things for you to cook in your room. This in addition to cocktails being sold until pretty late. Great bar! Oh, and the checkout time! Why can't all hotels all have the same schedules!! We had to leave early anyway, but being able to leave al 2pm is precious. TLDR: This hotel was the best part of my stay in Belfast, I could have stayed forever. In all honesty, I will prefer them in every city they are in, now and in the future. Plus: Highly recycling conscious!

Da visitare Ulster museum e Titanic museum, oltre ai vari monumenti e chiese della città in gran parte gratuiti. Semplicissima da girare a piedi, consigliato quindi prendere un hotel in centro come base.

Interessante per capire esattamente i problemi dei cattolici/unionisti in Ulster. La storia della "plantation" degli scozzesi alla fine del 1500 e' estremamente interessante come del resto il "Free Derry" museum. We hope as European that the new museum location founded by Europe will be finished soon.

Città veramente interessante.
Città veramente interessante. Merita una visita, perché ci fa capire molte cose, comprese le fasi storiche terminate solo qualche anno fa, che danno onore agli irlandesi e un po' meno agli inglesi. Interessante anche il museo Titanic, che non si ferma solo solo a parlare della nave, ma anche della storia della città. Molto bello anche il museo dell'Ulster e il giardino botanico vicino.

Belfast è una città prevalentemente industriale che sta cercando di reinventarsi in chiave turistica, i luoghi architettonici di maggior interesse sono il municipio e il campanile pendente. Una visita la merita l'ulster museum che racchiude degli autentici tesori come una mummia egizia e il tesoro della grande Armada spagnola poi fuori città si trovano Stormont e il castello di Belfast.

Carino il centro città. Molto bello il mercato St. George market, fate un salto la domenica mattina per provare la ulster fry e per acquistare oggetti fatti a mano o vintage.

Belfast e' un'altra città, rispetto a vent'anni...
Belfast e' un'altra città, rispetto a vent'anni fa. L'alternative Ulster, che cantavano e sognavano gli Stiff Little Fingers e' diventato una realtà. Adesso e' un posto tranquillo, almeno fino a prova contraria: no troubles, no problem. Quasi del tutto scomparsi i murales politici nella protestante Shankill road e nella cattolica Falls road, si aspetta solo che si butti giù il muro, il Peace Wall, tra Cupar way e Bombay street. Intorno alla City hall, trionfano i centri commerciali, con i negozi dei grandi marchi internazionali, accanto naturalmente ai pub sempre pieni. A Belfast, non ci sono mai stati monumenti indimenticabili e il cantiere del Titanic e' lontanissimo.

Consiglio l'ulster museum, il titanic museum e i vari e belli pub del centro, tipo il duke of york. Inoltre un tour lungo la costa, al giant's couseway. Biglietti almeno il giorno prima in Great Victoria Street 10 (Irishtourtickets).

Fantastic location in Great Victoria street opposite the historic Crown Liquor saloon. Very comfortable stay on the 8th floor in an executive room. Stayed many times in Belfast previously but this was our first stay at the Europa. The hotel's atmosphere is one of serenity and opulence. Loved late night cocktails in the piano lounge which one of the staff shrewdly commented was our living room for our stay. Marvellous.

Everything! What a gorgeous location. Beautiful little suite with a kitchen and all the amenities. Hot tub after a chilly day at Giants Causeway was a godsend! Ross, our host was knowledgeable and super friendly going above and beyond. A nice little wood stove on the patio was a fun extra. There are tons of trails. Donkeys and horses. Cows and goats. And fantastic scenery! We stayed in one of the three rock caves. Made for an original overnight. If I lived in Ireland I’d come here for a week for sure!
