It is new and very clean, probably one of the poshest hotels in Kutaisi. The location is great, being in the city center, a few meters from the Colchis fountain. Staff are all polite and lovely. It has an elevator which is a plus for people with mobility issues. Wifi is very strong. Hot shower is available with very good water pressure. Bed was comfortable and though we were facing the main street, there was minimal noise except during rush hour.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Green Town Hotel in Kutaisi, Georgia and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional attitude towards guests. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's client orientation is second to none. They went out of their way to accommodate all of my requests and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The services provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. One of the things I loved most about the hotel is its location. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, but still close to all the major attractions in the city. The hotel is situated near the Bagrati Cathedral and the view from the hotel is just breathtaking. The hotel has a great terrace and a summer bar territory, which makes it an excellent place to relax and have a good time after a long day of sightseeing.
