The rooms are new and big, the hotel’s facilities are good and well maintained. The restaurant is fine and the breakfast is great. The location is perfect as Zone 10 seems quite safe and there is a very good shopping center just next to the hotel (accessible by the main entrance) and with a lot of different good restaurants options. If you need to move around Guatemala City or you need to arrange business trips you can arrange everything through the front desk (highly recommended).

Alt var meget bra på hotell Villas Santander. Vi hadde god plass på rommet og til og med terrasse. Det var rent, god stor seng, stille. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Excellent😊 Det kan virkelig anbefales. Vår første natt i Guatemala var hotell Ixbalanque som var forferdelig, det får vi ikke gitt evaluering på … vi hadde bestilt alle dagene der, men heldigvis ikke betalt på forhånd.☺️ Så var sjeleglad når vi byttet hotell og kom til Villas Santander.❤️

All the rooms are nice sized apartments with a nice kitchen area. Location is perfect, next to the best dining, shopping and bar area in Guat city. Beautiful hard wood floors and furnishings. Staff polite and helpful. I speak Spanish but i think they all spoke English. There is a balcony in the bedroom and dining area. There is a nice restaurant and the hotel is very quiet.

It feels safe around the hotel and it's a gated property, I like the style of the hotel because it feels like you're at home cozy and warm. The facilities are enormous, they have a pool with normal water and a jacuzzi with hot water too. Rooms with air conditioner even though Guatemala City is cold. Comfy and elegant. They have access to a Spa and gym. And they are just 5 minutes walking from Miraflores Mall which is a pretty nice mall.

Very central location. Obviously this has been a grand hotel in its day. I happen to like heavy marble and timber :) my room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I thought it was good Vale for money with a great location.

I was aware of reviews criticizing the facilities, but for the price and location, I was very satisfied. Safety, security and comfort were my priorities. Fresh paint was not.
