Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. We were traveling around Iceland and this horel was the best one. Hotel is located in wonderful nature by the lake, but only few minutes drive from Egillstadir. Staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh.

Hotel Stadarborg is in Breiddalur Valley, next to Road 1 and less than a 1-hour drive from Egilsstadir. Very cute Icelandic hotel and the staff were super nice.

Nastanitev Hotel Studlagil se nahaja v mestu Skjöldólfsstaðir in ponuja bar ter restavracijo. Hotel ponuja družinske sobe. V nastanitvi vse sobe ponujajo pisalno mizo. Very comfortable stay. Proximity to Studlagil gorge and amazing staff. Hrafndis was a wonderful hostess.

Nastanitev Eiðar - Hostel se nahaja v mestu Eiðar, 49 km od znamenitosti slap Hengifoss, in ponuja brezplačen WiFi ter brezplačno zasebno parkirišče. It's clean and there was only one couple when we were there so we had the whole place for ourselves. Big kitchen, small rooms but very nice.

Hotel Eskifjörður is located in Eskifjörður. Free WiFi access is available. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. You can enjoy mountain view from the room. Breakfast was good. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the food! The rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us find a good restaurant on town. We recommend this hotel.

This family-run hotel enjoys a countryside location by Road 93, overlooking central Egilsstadir, 2 km away. Free WiFi access in the lobby and garden views can be enjoyed. Excellent, the staff amazing. They make a cake for my husband, so lovely.

This design hotel is located in Fáskrúdsfjördur village in Iceland’s Eastfjords region. It offers free parking and tastefully decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The place is full of history which makes it very special. The rooms are small but cosy. We had a beautiful view on the Fjord. It was our favorite hotel during our 10 days trip to Iceland.

Set in Seydisfjördur village, this accommodation offers rooms with free WiFi. Egilsstadir village is 28 km away. The property also offers on-site free parking. Our stay at The Bank (Hotel Aldan) was perfect. Check-in was easy and contact free. Our room was very unique and clean. It was easy to quickly drive out of town at night to find a secluded spot in the dark to view the Northern Lights. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Can recommend the Kaffi Lára El Grillo Bar down the road for dinner.
