I also lost my phone in a taxi and I informed the staff. The staff was extremely helpful trying to help me locate my phone and I am extremely greatful for the help. Luckily my phone was at the police station, but the staffs commitment to provide great customer service was really amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

Very convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was a nice tasty assortment of options, the airport shuttle was a nice option I took advantage of. With Narita station so close if the shuttle time isn't ideal you could easily use that, but having the shuttle was even easier. Great stay option for layovers and early flights.

The host was very, very nice. He offers a shuttle and a simple breakfast. But you can also reach the house with a bus. He really likes to get to know his guests and even invited us on a trip to a surrounding Prefecture, showing us typical japanese style food and an Onzen. Loved everything about it. Though its in Chiba, its still CLOSE to the train station. 2 min walk. The room is fairly sized. It's not cramped. The amenities are great. Used the onsen. Didn't have time for the gym. Will recommend this hotel. The photos that are posted here are literally what you will get.

Very reasonably priced mid-range hotel with an (almost) 24-hour onsen and rooms much bigger than you'd get for anything close to the same price in Tokyo. Would recommend if going to a conference or similar in the area, although Chiba itself is quite industrial with not much to see or do.
