Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. The food and service were excellent and the view over harbour was relaxing and beautiful.

The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

The service was amazing and helpful - very kind people. Hotel amenities were immaculate! Modern Rooms, Stunning views and the bar, the pool, and food were excellent as well. Nothing but A+ for me!

Well set in the centre of Yokohama, InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8, an IHG Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Location was the best. Out of all intercontinental including one in Australia yokohama intercontinental was the BEST. We will definitely come back. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10.
