Located on the Indian Ocean along the white sandy Diani Beach, Ocean Village Club offers guests a tranquil haven. The service was impeccable, really out of this world! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at 5am the day of our check in and were immediately given an interim room so we could sleep and shower while our room was getting ready. On check out we were allowed to stay the whole evening although official check out was 1030, as our train left Mombasa at 10PM. They also gave us free breakfast and dinner although we technically were not supposed to have this. Ocean Village staff truly go out of their way to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The beach is ridiculously picturesque and the sun beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever tried. This is the perfect place to come wind down, relax and forget all your worries. Shoutout to driver Ataman, who managed to get us to the train on a very tight schedule thanks to our poor planning skills 😅

Located in Mombasa, a 2-minute walk from Mombasa Beach, Makaazi Nyali has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The staff always called me by name. Simple, but appreciated. Everyone was welcoming and helpful-especially Ida at the front desk! I would definitely stay again.

Located in Mombasa, within a 5-minute walk of Uhuru Garden Mombasa and 500 yards of Tusks Monument, Premium Inn Mombasa City has accommodations with a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property... Breakfast was very low standard and a lot of improvement needed.

Located in Diani Beach, a few steps from Diani Beach, Searenity Beach Villa has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Searenity was a little piece of Heaven on Earth. We loved our stay! Jas and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Nothing was too much! We stayed for 4 nights in one of 6 (I think 6!) rooms on the resort. It is quiet and intimate without the chaos of a big resort. It is situated right on the beach - white sand and blue ocean as a backdrop for every meal. The swimming pool was a treat too! (and only open to residents). Our room was spacious, the bed super comfortable and we had a shower and very large tub to choose between. The aircon worked wonderfully. We loved that the rooms had solar power (yay for saving the Earth), but also had the option to switch over if needs be (if water was not heated enough early in the morning). There were a few nation-wide electricity cuts while we were there, but the solar power helped, and generators kicked in immediately. The WiFi was speedy and we managed to do some work while we were on holiday. We opted for the breakfast and dinner inclusive for our stay, which was flexible if we decided to eat at another restaurant in the evening (we could have a lunch instead). Jas is also the chef, and we were treated to the MOST incredible food. I can't say it enough. The portion sizes were huge and every meal was delicious and fresh! We could have a sharing starter, a main and a dessert, (and endless home made ice-cream and sorbet to our hearts content). The restaurant is open to the public, but guests were always prioritised and guaranteed the best tables. Jas was able to recommend some wonderful activities and restaurants within the area and arranged taxis and tuk tuks for us. The staff were an absolute highlight for me. So friendly, accommodating, approachable and kind. Our rooms were made up every morning and turned down every evening. I can't recommend Searenity Beach Villa enough. We hope to be back one day soon!

Located in Diani Beach, a 7-minute walk from Diani Beach, Asha Boutique Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I loved everything about Asha Boutique Hotel. The location is right on the beach. The rooms are comfortable. All the staff are amazing; I was made to feel at home the entire time. The food is also incredible. I will definitely be back!

Located along the sandy Diani Beach, The Maji Beach Boutique Hotel features an outdoor and indoor pool, a restaurant and poolside bar. It also offers a fitness center and massage services. A beautiful place to stay, with unique features a lovely garden and a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were wonderful, engaging and really did contribute to a great holiday. A special mention for Nusra, John and Caroline. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations will provide you with air conditioning and a balcony. amazing location outside of Mombasa right at the beach. we had our room right above one of the two pools and had a sea view too. the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are very comfortable.

Located in Diani Beach, a 2-minute walk from Galu Beach, Boxo Diani - Unique Beach Front Container Eco-Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and... I enjoyed the appearance of the property, the super comfy bed, 24 hour air conditioning and the very welcoming and kind staff. Proximity to the beach was very convenient for me, and I had an amazing cheese burger.

The Ivory Suites is located in Mombasa, within a 12-minute walk of Tusks Monument and 1.1 miles of Fort Jesus. We stayed only one night at this hotel but it was perfect: The rooms were spacious and clean with hot water and air-conditioning. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. In general - great value for money!!
