A superb, excellently managed hotel with a very clever business model. It is the first time we have stayed there for work, but we will most certainly think of English Point again, even for events. It is right on a small beach just across from Mombasa island. The bars and restaurants of the hotel are quite exceptional. Perhaps a tad expensive, but on balance fully worth it. Like always, what makes English Point really shine is the staff, who are all completely amazing.

The apartment is not very big, but sufficient for 1 or 2 persons, it is well equipped - fridge, air conditioning, wi-fi and hot water always working, the location is close to Mombasa old town, easy walk to grocery stores (Quickmart or Naivas). The entrance might look a bit shabby, but it's not an issue, there are locals around that will kindly greet you. The host is always available for any questions or doubts. In general, highly recommended, thank you!

The staff were exceptional! Very kind and the best service we’ve had in Kenya. Stella, Benjamin and Peter are so attentive and helped ensure we have the best time possible in Mombasa. The kitchen staff you very helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted with cool face clothes upon our arrival which was a treat after a long travel day. Wifi was consistent and able to make a video call. Have already recommended to a friend who will be passing through.

Great view, friendly staff, excellent room service and a nice variety of local cuisine at the buffet. It's in the perfect location being almost exactly in the middle of the Mombasa island and Haller Park. Highly recommended if you're wanting to visit places in Mombasa, but if you're looking for a resort hotel then Nyali Beach probably isn't the best choice. 10/10 and I will most certainly be staying here again!

Fatma is the best host in the world! She is kind and super helpful and incredibly welcoming; she will help with anything you may need. The location in the old town is perfect for exploring Mombasa on foot, it feels very safe and tuk tuks are cheap and plentiful if you prefer not to walk. Great cafes and restaurants a few minutes away. The apartment is clean and comfortable and very secure

Bar staff, especially Kamanda, Livingstone,Raymond were very good. They remembered our regular order and made an effort to get some peanuts, cashew nuts,crisps as I like to munch on something with a beer. I don't know why Mombasa hotels generally do not stock nuts at the beach bars but this is a common issue with all Mombasa beach hotels and you have to ask for them.

This hotel has great staff, and the view over the creek is lovely. It was nice to have food on site but more variety would be nice. Nice that there is a gym and a pool! The best part is the people working there! They’re super friendly, helpful and attentive. They gave great recommendations for things to do in and near Mombasa. Overall was a great stay!

A huge apartment with a great ocean and Mombasa view. Ideal location for us in a quiet and safe place. The Chef James served delicious Swahili breakfast. The host found time for us to share interesting stories and helped us organizing our visit in Mombasa. All this made our stay unique experience. I fully recommend it to anyone who is visiting Kenya.

The property is located right across from the beach with Spectacular views. It is beautifully decorated with a luxury vibe. The Host Ms. Catherine is a very professional, lovely and caring woman. The central location of the hotel cannot be overstated; it was perfect for leisurely explorations and soaking in the vibrant life of Mombasa. Coupled with the amiable and helpful nature of the staff, my stay was made both convenient and enjoyable. The personal touch in their service created a homely atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere.

We were stranded and the owner-Jarvis came through for us within a short space of time. He was very welcoming, friendly and made us to feel at home. The place is a minute walk to the beach, the housekeeper, Naomi was very warm and friendly. the place is very clean. Jarvis gave us a list of things to do in Mombasa, which made things easier.

The Fattoria Resort suprised us in a very good way! We got a room upgrade and stayed in one of the newer/renovated rooms and we really liked it. The bar and restaurant in the garden served good quality food and we loved how friendly and helpfull the staff was. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mombasa.

This apartment is basic but that's what I love about it! It has exactly everything you need and is very clean. It is the top one in the building, so you have an excellent breeze upstairs. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool! And Jarvis is the perfect host! We will definitely come again when in Mombasa

The rooms are clean and big. We always had a big continental breakfast which was served on time. No power blackouts. The waitresses at the dining room would offer the room service chapchap when requested physically. Hotel is conveniently located along Moi Road just near the Mombasa Tusks monument.

This place was everything as described. The location is epic, the apartment was so clean, comfortable with Netflix Tv. The host was on time, kind and ever so helpful. If you are planning on staying in Mombasa, stay here at Joly apartment. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this place

Everything!! The staff went beyond expectations, food was incredible for all the meals. The place is kept impeccable by everyone who works there. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. My first time in Kenya and Mombasa and this will be my go to place when vacationing in Mombasa!!!!

Amazing host for starters. The place is well organized and very clean. Accessible to all facilities ranging from supermarket to a very nice gym. It's also very close to Kenyatta beach. If you're in Mombasa on vacation this is definitely the place to spend your time. Worth every cent.

Just as the name its a paradise under the sunset, I have never had such an amazing stay anywhere in Mombasa, will for sure come back again, the restaurant had amazing food, the pool was nice for my kids. the apartment was well furnished just as i wanted, really felt like home away from home.

I missed the place, very good location, very very clean swimming pool, best breakfast, good receptionist, have very social workers just beginning from the gate to the compound, good pricing... It was the best next time i plan to come to mombasa i must come again to prestige Leisure Hotel

It's a beautiful apartment and very cozy, comfy, aesthetically done and an oasis in hot Mombasa. I didn't want to leave once I got here. The guide provided is very helpful and the owner is very helpful too. Totally recommended when you need to simply rest in the room.
