KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Hotel - Free FLYING THEATRE Entrance in Türkistan features a bar and a spa & wellness center. Everything was great. Breakfast is what you'll find in a good Turkish hotels: fruit, veggies, pastry, olives, pancakes and so on. The staff are very polite and friendly. The admins took care of the initial hiccup and offered a free ride to the airport. The location is great. All you may want or need, including shops, cafes, and the historical sites, is in a walking distance. The Flying Theater is a must-see, and the tickets are free if you're staying at the hotel.

The Hotel is fantastic, very friendly staff, good kitchen. The room was always clean. Additional bed was provided very quickly. In general it was beyond our expectations. I would recommend Ramada to my friends and colleagues.

This is my second time staying at Pana Hotel. I must say they've improved their services significantly since my previous stay in 2022. I paid with my USA issued visa card (this form of payment wasn't available during my previous stay) and it there was no transaction issue. The room was spacious and super clean. Toiletries from L'Occitane was an added bonus. Breakfast was really nice offering variety of selections including hot meals (omelettes). I also liked how they serve cappuccino with water on the side, just like in Italy. :-) I also dined several times at their restaurant "Tary" and they offer some really delicious choices of local cuisine. I'm also glad to see that they have installed little bells on tables to call the wait-staff, so I don't have to wave or hail anyone to place our orders.

They acconodated to keep our luggage for a day and even packed us breakfast for a early flight. Centrally located. Absolute value for money. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a great location to explore the city. The staff is also super friendly and accomodating. One really gets what is needed. The rooms are spacious and clean. They even have small balconies, that we didn't use as they were not really nice to sit on, given that there is a busy road outside. But perfect for smokers. We also were just tranziting Shymkent and didnt knew much about it, the ladies from the tourist office were helpful and arranged us with a guide who gave us a great tour around the city.

I didn't spend a huge amount of time here as I was only really transiting in Shymkent. The room was smallish but comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the wifi worked well. I left very early so didn't eat breakfast, but I did have dinner at the hotel kitchen and it was tasty and good value (pizza and a salad). There's a couple of coffee shops adjacent to the hotel and a little pedestrian area with places to grab street food and some entertainment options.

The rooms themselves were a decent size, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well-organised and clean too. Breakfast was fine, though the portions were rather small. As we already know Shymkent, the location was fine - good for those who want to get a taxi to Tashkent. There is a children's play area opposite the hotel, and the hotel provided my son with a bowl of porridge for breakfast. The price was good value for what you get (assuming it all works).

The hotel was very nice and clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and especially the bathroom was great. Also the breakfast was very generous and tasty, and the hotel is in a good location, within walking distance from one of the major parks in Shymkent and some good restaurants.
