We stayed only one night at the Hills by Blue Fox and we would have liked to stay more! The rooms are of a high standard, super cute, spotless clean, with super comfortable beds and very nice Italian showers. The view in the valley is just stunning, from the bedroom balcony to the breakfast rooftop terrace. On top of that, the owner and staff are very nice and helped us arrange a drive to the city and tickets for a traditional dance show. I would highly recommend this place in Kandy, location being just close enough to visit the city center but also a bit remote to enjoy the calm of the hills.

Best coffee, awesome food - dinner was also really tasty - the tuktuk driver took us everywhere, managed to get us best prices wherever we wanted to go - we extended our stay because we felt so good here

Set in Kandy, 800 metres from Bogambara Stadium, swp eco lodge offers air-conditioned rooms and a garden. The place is really beautiful and the views are superb, looking to the lake. Room is very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is great. The breakfast is also very good, you have two options: continental and Sri Lankan (my husband tried the second one and was super satisfied, you can choose spicy or not). Is super well located, 10min walk from the Sacred Tooth Temple, actually you can see the temple from the room as it's on the other side of the lake. The only thing that I would mention is that is not very accessible by car, you have to walk 100m up, totally doable, I was 6m pregnant and was ok, but maybe not suited for everyone. We didn't ask but could be that there is the possibility to go by TukTuk.

My wife and me spent 9 days at the Kandy Unique Hotel: we walked in the mountains, through tea plantations, and visited temples. We used to have 1 hour walks to the city center and returned to the hotel by tuk-tuk. The mountain view from the hotel terrace is magnificent, especially at sunset. Very friendly staff. Many thanks to Vishwa for delicious breakfasts and dinners. We had dinner 7 times and every time it was something new! Our opinion of Sri Lankan cuisine has grown even more
