The place is as advertised. The staff are hospitable and cater to your every need. Highly recommend to try the beef tagine. One of the best tagines ever! The chef is truly amazing. Abdul Ali was very helpful with his tips on the surrounding area and places to visit.

I was thoroughly pleased with nearly all aspects of my stay. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Casa Port Train Station and it is just by a tram station. The room is quite spacious, featuring comfortable bedding materials and high-quality pillows. The shower and toilet area is remarkably spacious as well. As an avid traveler who has experienced accommodations in many countries, I can say with confidence that this hotel represents an exceptional value. The reasonable rates I paid were more than commensurate with the high-quality service. In particular, I was incredibly impressed by the hotel staff, who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and hospitality throughout my visit. One of the staff members, Hamza, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request was truly commendable. Overall, I found this hotel to be a wonderful choice that exceeded my expectations. The combination of cost-effectiveness and comfortable room facilities made for a thoroughly pleasant experience that I would enthusiastically recommend to family, friends, and fellow travelers.

It was very beautiful and neat. The food was delicious and the staffs were very helpful in every aspect. I stayed for 4days and it was an incredible experience for me. La Sultana di Oualidia è un piccolo paradiso, all'interno della stupenda laguna, dove il panorama è in continuo movimento, in base alle maree, il paesaggio si trasforma. La struttura è bellissima, molto curata, come gli splendidi giardini nei quali sono disposte le stanze. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa, con la bravissima Essadiya, splendidi massaggi ed eccellente disponibilità per l'utilizzo della piscina riscaldata ed idromassaggio. Una nota di merito va a tutto il personale, gentile, preparato, disponibile sempre per ogni esigenza o desiderio. Grazie ad Hyssin ed a tutta la reception. Spero di tornare presto in questo luogo magico....
