Warm enough overnight and hauntingly gorgeous as one of few guests in the ice hotel itself. Breakfast was delicious- tons of local items. Highly recommend.

The common area had new furniture and felt so cosy. The views were amazing and you can sit back with coffee and admire the views. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. They helped me with everything and I had such a great stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing too.

This eco-certified hotel is located in central Tromsø. It offers simple guest rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Storgata shopping street is just 1 minutes’ walk away. Very close to the city centre, convenient for us to walk around Tromsø. The room is clean, we stay at level one which is just beside the walkway, might be a bit noisy when someone walks pass. Overall it is good, for convenience and the price I will stay again.

Sarah was a ver helpful person in hotel. Anika was too. . i guess they are beyond the expectations in this country because the rest of the girls where not as sympathic as they were. The kitchen was perfect.. i mean you have everything you need!! No worries... free coffee and tea !!
