Unlimited free WiFi is included.... The location is great, brekky options were great and the convenience of a well kept laundry was fantastic. Great establishment. Highly recommend!

Set on expansive grounds, Fiordland Hotel is situated in Te Anau, 500 metres from the lake. The town centre is a 10-minute walk from the property. There are lake and mountain views from most rooms. Excellent location and older but decent property.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of this hotel! The spacious room was immaculate with fantastic natural lighting through the open window. The inclusion of a TV with Netflix was the cherry on top, and the convenience of a kitchenette and fridge for storing food added to the overall positive experience. We regret not extending our stay beyond just one night!

Motel is very well located , 2 min drive from Te Anau Center and right by the lake (5 mins walk). The place was super clean , even cleaned every day we stayed there. It’s a great base to explore the area and visit Milford sound on a day trip. A stove top for cooking would have been the cherry on the cake :-)

Large and comfortable, everything worked. Quite. Nice bed. One of the reviewer here mentioned moldy smell , I did not notice this.

This was, hands down, the best furnished and comfortable property we stayed in! High quality appliances, exceptionally furnished kitchen, super comfortable beds. Owners were extremely quick to respond. It was a pleasure to stay at this property.
