This modern hotel is located in the Panamanian city of David, just 3 minutes’ walk from Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park. It offers a fitness center, a sauna and an outdoor pool. I honestly think this was one of my best hotel stays in any country for many years! The room, the food, the service, the ambiance, the parking it was all exceptional. Our 8 day stay could not have been better. While ALL the staff were very good Paola in the restaurant was even above that! I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were great, and really were vested in making sure you had everything needed. Room was bright and cozy. David is not a place for tourists really, but we were forced to stay due to road closures and unrest.

This is hands down, one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Pascale knows what makes a good business and there is no detail missed. The reviews were so glowing of this place that I didn’t actually even believe it, but it still managed to surpass all expectations. A beautiful property that is immaculate, staffed by incredible kind and helpful people, and the finishes are exquisite. There is no other hotel in David that would even begin to compare- it is world class. We loved our stay.

We were in David less than 24 hours; we took a bus to Boquete shortly after our arrival and spent most of our short stay there. David is not really a tourist attraction, it is the capital city of the province of Chiriqui; therefore, as such, it is probably the largest city in Chiriqui. I had been to David a few times in the late 70s when I lived in Panama City.

Our stay at Finca Lerida was magical! Amazing people, the grounds and setting were beautiful and so peaceful and uplifting right up high in the hills and rainforest. And the fact that it is a working coffee plantation is a bonus - worth booking their coffee tour and they produce some of the best coffee in the world! Oh yes and the food is fantastic as well!

We also took four tours, all were very interesting, the guys working there are cool and very professional (from zipline to coffee tour). Truly recommend if you want to spend few days in calm, remote location and recharge.:)

I came to this hotel loke 10 years ago and they have improved the facilities A LOT, the hotel is great, the included breakfast options were also good, and the location is perfect to stay for travelers visiting the province.

Truly one of the best places I've stayed. The staff were absolutely amazing, anticipating all our needs and going above and beyond in every way (Carlos and Guillermo delivering greeting us after our morning kayak with green juice, Benny serving up delicious custom cocktails, Iris who gave us the most incredible deep massage, Benny arranging all the experiences we wanted, putting up with our terrible dance moves, and making sure all our needs were taken care of... I could go on and on.) And then there is the place itself! The cabanas were heavenly – the mattress was a cloud and that outdoor shower was truly one of the best either of us have ever had. Add in the monkeys and sunset views right out our front door? Wow. Will be dreaming of this place for a long time, and hope to someday return!

Everything about the place was excellent. Dora and Herman were friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was comfortable and facilities everything we could require. The garden though is a masterpiece, we spent many an hour just sitting and watching the flowers and wildlife that visited.
