The hotel in general is quite beautiful, a lot of green areas, rooms to play, a room with a fireplace to chat with friends/family and have some drinks, they even have Alpacas walking around the hotel and the makes a huge difference. The breakfast was also great. Basically no complaints.

Built against a mountainside and located in an 18th-century building, this hotel features cosy modern accommodation set around a colourful courtyard. It is situated in the magical Sacred Valley. It is my second stay at La Casona de Yucay, and my third visit there in 2023 (after 2 nights in 2018 and 2022 just visiting the place). Its location is very good, the rooms nice with big windows, clean and cozy. All staff are wonderful people, always very helpful and making you feel 'at home'. We stayed for 10 nights in total (3 nights and 7 nights) as we were hiking, resting, online working. I also has its very own charm with its architecture and beautiful gardens. We always moved in the micro buses to Urubamba or other places in the valley. I loved staying at Casona de Yucay, it is a magical place. I will come back.

It was absolutely beautiful! cute design and nice amenities like hammocks, fire pit, and spa. We had just finished a 4 day trek so we just wanted to relax and it was the perfect place to do so.
