It took a bit of time to find the hotel because it is on a pedestrian street. However, public parking was available nearby. The hotel is amazing -- newly renovated, with still a lot of charm. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff was efficient and friendly. They took great care to follow Safe and Clean guidelines at breakfast, which was delicious. We could walk everywhere, no problem finding good restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks.

The property was beautiful, tranquil, exceptionally well maintained and had lots of different spaces to read, enjoy a drink or eat, exercise and relax. The bungalow that we stayed in was large and very comfortable for a family of 5 (as well as our dog Lola). We had the loveliest neighbours during our stay. Both pools were spotless and the fresh fruit and vegetables that we picked from the garden were delicious as were the breakfast, lunches and dinners we ate at the hotel. The meal delivery service to our room was a fantastic option too! One of my favourite attractions were the Meerkats (Surigatos), we visited them multiple times a day, such gorgeous and curious creatures! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely visit again.
