Majerca is a beautiful boutique hotel that really felt like a classy secret hideaway. Things to love about it include the stunning location, beautifully designed space, incredible restaurant and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk along a quiet forest road from the nearest bus stop. It has a huge green garden adjoining the terrace/restaurant and the most gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. This is a small hotel with just a handful of staff, but they are really nice people, particularly the guys running the restaurant. Speaking of which - dinner here is a must (there are not many options in the area anyway). The food is maybe the best I ever had in a hotel restaurant - the nduja pork belly is stunningly tasty. I think the menu rotates, but you can't go wrong. Vegetarian options are strong too, and the breakfast was also a wonderful way to kick off the day (again, very friendly service and superb coffee). The rooms are huge and the beds unbelievably comfortable. Our en-suite had a bath (!) which was a fabulous touch. The hotel has mountain bikes you can borrow for free to go for a ride around the lake or up into the hills. Other hotels would charge for this - it speaks a lot to Majerca's excellence that it was available at no cost. I'd stay there again without question and will tell my friends and family to pass by too.

Hotel Jezero sa nachádza v centre mesta pri jazere Bohinj, v srdci Julských Álp, kde sa hostia môžu nadýchať čerstvého horského vzduchu a obdivovať nádherný západ slnka nad horami. The staff were outstanding. Extremely helpful and resourceful to answer our questions and help us with logistical planning. There is a pool and ping pong table. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect. Right next to the bus stop. Our balcony had a nice view of the lake and mountains.

Hotel Jelka Pokljuka is located in Triglav National Park, on Pokljuka Mountains. Surrounded by peace and quiet and lush greenery, it offers a Spa Area and an on-site restaurant with a terrace. Spacious room with a balcony, multiple doors to enjoy the fresh breeze flowing through, and comfy beds. A delicious menu of local dishes at the restaurant with very friendly and hard-working staff. Beautiful view of the surrounding forest and pastures from the expansive patio and cozy nooks in the restaurant to stay and enjoy an evening drink.

Hotel Center Pokljuka, ktorý je obklopený lesom, sa nachádza na planine Rudno Polje vedľa lyžiarskeho biatlonového centra. Plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Great location just beneath the mountains.
