One of the girls at reception was particularly wonderful ( Silvia) who helped us with a couple of issues we needed to resolve. Fortunately she spoke really good Spanish and was able to translate for us. She even helped us via telephone during her time off. Thank you so much Silvia!

The location was fabulous, the rooms were lovely, the dinner was delicious. The best thing was the staff who were absolutely fabulous and so very kind and understanding.
